oh man. sorry for the lack of updates. everything has been good on this side of the pond. got schnound this past weekend, which was good..happy hour tomorrow after class...normandy this weekend...italy for spring break..me, my friend rachel and erica are gonna fly into and out of milan (for 160..for all three of us combined!) rent a car in milan and drive to florence, stay there for a lil while. then, take a train to genoa, and then to cinque terre (u should google this..its beautiful). and we're gonna be bumming it and just having an awesome time! its going to be great.
photo project tomorrow. grug. i need to print those pics out...
and go having home cooked meals...im starting to love vietnamese food (and yea, i use chopsticks with the family..and what) |

shit. i really should do my "synthetic notes" for my avant garde class, but i of course don't feel like doing it. this is the last stop..you after mail, webmail, facebook, myspace, facebook, the superficial, itunes music store. i decided that i should just do it. and go get a crepe..mmm..yea.
so, amsterdam this weekend. we booked the hostels. its gonna be awesome. and i believe my mother deposited a check that came in the mail for me. that is just great. im gonna be on some chronic shit. man. it will be great.
oh. and mad props to kim. not only did she go to a club and get her groove on with an engineering student, but he was from brazil. thats right. ................................ok. you can stop. haha. AND a guy @ the Paris Research Center (where we are). can we please refer to kim as a pimp from now on? thank you

dude, so paris night clubs rock my socks off. we went to La Loco on friday night. before hand, it was pregaming @ Neli & Michelle's (pics on facebook). it was insane. like, i was on the ground crying with laughter before we even left. and the club was just..wow. like, 3 floors and lights and awesome music. around 3 they played "smells like teen spirit" and i was like...hell no. i went crazy. then it went from that to other great rock songs that I never imagined dancing in a club to, like Sunday Bloody Sunday. it was great. paris is starting to impress me more and more. |

man...last night i saw this dance called "On Danse". it was so friggin sweet. they had like Baroque classical music but like it had a feel of like, 80s, hip hop pop-locking. it was so awesome. like, it was just really good. and i almost picked up a girl sitting next to me, haha. man, this lip ring gives me crazy mojo powers! lol.
and before the dance, me and kim had dinner at this cafe that was like, on the lil turn-about things near the Champs-Elysees and with the Eiffel Tower really close. kim had steak-frites and i had poulet-frites, which is like the first thing u learn in french class for ordering food, lol. AND we had creme brulee for dessert. it was insane. and totally french. loved it. |

Man. So, today, I totally go taken for a French person!!! some Americans came out and asked in broken French where something was. It totally made my day. I told them i was american, and they were like "omg, really?!" hell yea! and then at starbucks, I said "Chris" for the name and the guy put "Christophe" (accent at end, dont know how to do it). It was so awesome!!
Last night went to Nouveau Casino. Twas a good time. Danced our asses off. Got tipsy before hand. Came back and crashed @ Amy's. Was awesome. Oh Parisian nightclubs..you slay me |

So, yea. Paris. Awesome. We were supposed to do a photoshoot for our photography class, but its kinda cloudy, so i think kim, emily and i will go out on saturday and do it. we have to do the arcades, and photoshop them in B&W. Should be quite nifty. Oh man..today we went to the Resto-U, a place for universiy students to eat..like, 2,65 Euro for like a meal. it was very nice..oh, my bad. tres bien. lol
dude, so, last night i did like a lil photoshoot of myself in my room while listening to guilty pleasure music so i could try to get some pics of my lip piercing. i think im gonna post them on myspace and facebook. or, at least a few photoshopped ones. FYI, im in love with photoshop. its so fucking sweet. man!
Angelinas. Near the Louvre. Best hot chocolate and pastries in all of paris. literally. its what its famous for. i got like a crazy sugar rush from it. it was awesome.

So, Paris is pretty sweet. The weather is chilly, well..cold as hell, BUT...i can dress very well now!! yay!! its so chic and metropolitan, i love it!!
im a little homesick. not the entire time, just when im not doing anything out in the city or in class. little things. friends. family. xbox and halo live. my car. pot. im gonna have my mom send my sheet and pillows and dvds so that i feel a little better. and when is my friggin financial aid gonna clear..there's a sale in the entire city for the next few weeks and i would love to do some damage.
my profs are pretty cool, kind of intimidating, but all should be well. i will post more, give a better update.
oh, before i go, went to the club last friday..nouveau casino, one of the hottest in paris. a guy liked my friend amy. bought us drinks at a bar that we were at before we went in. then came to the club and bout 6 of us a bottle of vodka with chasers and all the fixins. was not bad. i love me some free stuff, haha.
oh yea, and my lip piercing. i like it a lot. :) |
